Summer is here!! WHEW! That means Westaff is recruiting experienced Park Helpers for local Community Parks in the greater Baton Rouge area! 

Do you LOVE working with your hands and doing lawn labor?

Do you LOVE nature and being outdoors?

Apply for the Park Helper position online today to begin the on-boarding process. Be sure to complete the entire application including skills and work experience. 

  • Must be able to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and reach for 6+ hours a day. 
  • Must be able to lift 20+ pounds repeatedly.
  • Must follow all safety rules and wear assigned PPE. 
  • Must feel comfortable working in the elements outdoors, including heat, humidity, 
  • No cell phone or headphones "on the job" policy.
  • Must have reliable transportation to and from shop. 
  • Shifts are 6:30am (SHARP!) - 3:00pm Monday - Friday;  
  • $11.90/hr
