Job Summary:
Hourly walk through of shop to check on operators and parts
Day to day organization of quality areas.
Fixture / Master part organization
Scanning document control
Set-up verification
Q-Plans- saving prints, FAIR prep, creating W.I.
Process organization and improvement.
Sorting/ Reworking parts
Knowledge and Skills
Inspection experience using height stand, caliper, micrometer.
Romer / Faro Arm experience preferred.
Experience with first article, in-process & final inspections.
PPAP experience helpful.
Willingness to learn with a “can do” attitude.
Special consideration given to applicants that have:
ISO experience.
Internal auditor certificate.
ASQ certification.
CMM programming experience.
Weld acid etch testing
