1st Shift Quality Technician

Daily tasks

• Hourly walk through of shop to check on operators and parts
• Day to day organization of quality areas.
• Fixture / Master part organization
• Scanning document control
• Set-up verification
• Q-Plans- saving prints, FAIR prep, creating W.I.
• Process organization and improvement.
• Sorting/ Reworking parts

Knowledge and Skills

• Inspection experience using height stand, caliper, micrometer.
• Romer / Faro Arm experience preferred.
• Experience with first article, in-process & final inspections.
• PPAP experience helpful.
• Willingness to learn with a “can do” attitude.
• Special consideration given to applicants that have:
• ISO experience.
• Internal auditor certificate.
• ASQ certification.
• CMM programming experience.
• Weld acid etch testing
