Sales Manager:
- Assumes full management responsibility for all Sales programs, services, and activities to grow our business by creating value for our customers and developing our own territory.
- Develops area sales network and pipeline.
- Executes Company’s sales plan in support of company goals and objectives.
- Relationship Manager for existing customers, playing an important role in developing and maintaining the company’s image and reputation in the marketplace.
- Collaborates with marketing to develop a comprehensive strategic business plan for short and long term.
- Manages opportunities to meet or exceed annual gross sales.
- Delivers and tracks performance metrics, trends, updates, and reports.
- Identifies opportunities for improvement and strategies to execute solutions within the existing business model and channels.
- Oversee long-term Sales strategies to plan for and control upgrades and growth; evaluates and implements new technologies.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum of 5 years of strategic and tactical sales experience, including planning, designing, and implementing a consumer product sales program.
- 2+ years of management experience working with KPI’s, performance and development initiatives
- Previous experience with retail bath, manufacturing implementation, and management of large-scale rollouts is preferred.
- Demonstrated success in creating, managing, and adding to the pipeline and closing details.
- Consistent experience prospecting own leads.
