Appointment Setter
Westaff is looking for 1st Shift Appointment Setter in the Plantation, FL area for IMMEDIATE HIRE!
Pay: $12.00/hr.
Hours: 9:00am to 5:00pm, Monday thru Friday
Job Responsibilities:
- Client will provide a call list of customers and prospects
- Client will also provide a script
- 150-180 calls minimum daily
- 7 appts minimum daily
- Call each client 2-3 times a day in these time intervals (9am,12pm,4pm)
- When you calling the client only leave a voicemail and text one time a day, after that you can call and if you hear the voicemail you can hang up and notate “no answer”
- Only call the client 2-3 times a day - 6 times total, then it will be taken off your call list and all your follow ups due for a call Notate all Spanish leads and turn yellow so it can transfer to the Spanish rep
- If you book an inbound call, remember to put it on your sheet and turn green All confirmed leads go in the tray. RING THE BELL
Job Requirements:
- Basic computer skills needed:
- Good phone etiquette
- High energy
- English (Bilingual a plus)
- Call center Experience
- Customer Service Experience
