Principal Duties & Responsibilities:

• Perform the breakdown of all reusable packaging, including cardboard totes, barrels, and wooden bins.
• Adhere to & encourage safety rules and regulations.
• Ensure a neat/clean/safe work area and environment.
• Responsible to ensure compliance with standards and requirements for food safety.

Physical Demand:

• Lift 30 lbs. from a bending, standing, or stooping position safely and comfortably.

• Bend, lift, climb, twist, reach, lean over, pull, push, stoop and stand on concrete floor on a regular basis and for long periods of time.

• Perform repetitive motor functions from a standing position for extended periods (three-four hours).

• Tolerate moderate to loud noise, fluctuating temperatures and wet working environment.

Qualifications:

• Communicate clearly, effectively, verbally, and through written documentation.
• Follow oral and written instructions.
• Reason with & apply basic math (including the use of a calculator) and mechanics.
