SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGER 

Location:  Devens, MA

Salary:  $150k to $160k with some flexibility for an ideal candidate.

You will have ownership and responsibility for the site supply chain, including control of ethical sourcing, planning, purchasing warehouse and inventory operations, while adhering to sustainability and One Planet agendas. With respect to the diverse scope of this position, your focus will be to facilitate and support the overall supply chain activities. This includes but is not limited to, ensuring operational needs are met, price consideration, quality, and delivery, in conjunction with driving continuity of supply and best practice.  

As an integral part of the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) delivering the new facility, you will initially be focused on:

1. Developing and implementing supply chain best practice processes and systems.
2. Hiring and developing the planning, purchasing, warehouse and inventory team to execute the start-up and on-going operations
3. Provide joint local leadership for the Microsoft Dynamics AX (ERP) system implementation at the new location
4. Implement and manage S&OP and planning processes to ensure customer on-time delivery requirements are met
5. Work with the supply sites to lead best in class global supplier selection, vendor management, negotiation, contracting and regulatory compliance to support the effective delivery. 
6. Leader of supply chain and inventory management integration within the ERP system with other key functions
