We're looking for a candidate who’s seeking a permanent opportunity.  Prefer knowledge in basic legal, paralegal, or document preparation/and editing skills and who is open to learning,

Here's what is needed to be successful in this position:

Must Haves:

be a team player and also have the ability to work on your own with minimal supervision

be computer literate; intermediate level and fluent with MS Office, Excel, Word and Outlook

be able to handle time sensitive projects

Effective communication is Essential

have Exceptional phone etiquette and Professional demeanor

Education:

Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent

Associate Degree preferred

2 years of experience in Customer Service or the Legal industry
