Administrative Assistant We are looking for a Team Player who can multi-task, yet be self-directed and proactive.
Schedule: Monday- Friday 8:00am-5:30p
- Answer incoming AR calls, research customer's needs, email customer's documents they request
- Researching and coding of A/P invoices; verify parts have been received and invoiced, code, and distribute to the proper department for payment
- Assist customers with orders they have placed when they come into the facility to pick up parts
- Entering and scanning data in our computer system.
- Answer and direct calls; cashiering; greet and assist customers that come into the facility.
