Westaff is seeking a Learning & Development Manager for a career opportunity with a nonprofit in Helena, Montana!

Compensation: $60,000/year (up to $70,000 with clinical experience)

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree required in business, psychology, organizational development, education, or communication.
  • At least two years of experience in training with one year of supervisory experience required.
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and project management skills.
  • Behavioral Health clinical experience is a bonus.
  • Strong computer experience; LMS experience as a plus.

Responsibilities of Learning & Development Manager:

  • Aligning the organization’s strategic direction through improving the performance and productivity of the organization's employees. 
  • Partners with the Clinical Leadership to ensure trainings support the clinical model and integrity of Intermountain’ s programs.
  • Assesses organization-wide learning and development needs to drive training initiatives by identifying and arranging suitable training solutions for employees. 
  • Actively searches, creatively designs, and implements effective methods to educate, enhance performance and recognize performance.
