Pay: $17-$19/hr DOE

Days: Monday- Friday from 8:00AM-4:30PM

Full time position with benefits! 

Position overview: 

This position is for a family owned company that has been around for 60+ years. We are looking for someone that will be reliable, trustworthy and willing to take on new tasks as the business continues to grow. Ideally, this person would be looking to take on the position long term and grow with the company. This position requires multi-tasking and taking initiative. We are a small office so, it is vital that everyone communicate and take others into consideration. This positions reports to the office manager. Must have some payroll and basic bookkeeping experience.

Our Office Assistant Can Be Expected To: 

Answer phones, assist with payroll, enter jobs, open mail, and assist with other office tasks to help the office manager and estimators - accounts payables, accounts receivables, etc.

The Office Assistant is Required to Have: 

  • Payroll experience
  • Bookkeeping experience
  • Multi-taking ability
  • Team player
  • Reliable/punctual
  • Follows direction and has a willingness to learn
  • Ability to pass a drug/background test
