Inventory Technician

Perform inventory control activities to investigate and reconcile discrepancies to achieve and maintain

inventory accuracy.

Job Requirements


  • To track and monitor inventory accuracy
  • To open, review, and reconcile the PR 12 1 back flushing report daily
  • Conduct physical audits of material locations
  • Safely utilizes ladders, stools, and forklifts in warehouse as required
  • Follow up on all parts missing to include checking with our quality department/ quarantine parts on hold and to follow through
  • To check the purchase order status, review parts history in varnet, and engage our customer (the Planner) though the steps of our process as needed
  • Liaises with team leaders, supervisors, managers, and the customer as needed
  • Performs cycle counts to support the Cycle Count Plan
  • Reconciles all surplus material and stock returns daily
  • Assists in resolving inventory discrepancies and helps perform root cause analysis so corrective actions can be implemented
  • Actively performs housekeeping tasks to ensure clean and healthy environment
  • Attend meetings as required


SHIFT:    7am-3:30pm


PAY:        $18.50 hourly



  • Fork Lift Truck Driver certification or able to become certified
  • 3 years experience in a related position in a similar work environment preferred, but would train the right applicant
  • Demonstrated Proficiency with computers—Excel, Word, etc. Prior experience with a warehouse management system a plus
  • Ability to lift material up to 40lbs
  • Previous experience with cycle counting would be an asset
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills
  • Experience with a scissorlift a plus
  • Ability to stand on your feet for extended periods of time
