Job Overview:

Assists in collection and deposit of rents and preparation of receipts. Prepares leases accurately and completes them on time. Answers the telephone and communicates courteously with residents, and in an organized fashion. Completes all elements of Move-ins and Move-outs following established procedures. Processes bills in a timely manner and other appropriate duties as directed.

Job Duties include but are not limited to:

Maintains work order files, resident files, &general office files according to procedure.

Follows exact procedures set forth in the TMI ONESITE Procedures Manual and has knowledge, understanding and the ability to effectively use TMI ONESITE.

  • Daily/Monthly Backups
  • Month Begin Procedure & Month End Procedure
  • Posts and Deposit rents on time
  • Maintains accurate computer reports

Receives maintenance work order requests & processes them within established time frames. Maintains the work order journal of maintenance work order requests in a complete, timely, neat and organized fashion.

  • Demonstrates courtesy, is considerate of others. Maintains relationships with employees, tenants, contractors, & any other person connected to the project.

  • Has initiative to further develop knowledge of a project management and career goals.
  • Section 8/Hud experience is a huge plus
  • Must complete a background check.
