In the Executive Assistant role, you will provide full executive administrative support to a C-level senior executive and other senior level team members.
You will manage cross-functional calendars, organize meetings, coordinate multi-party conference calls, and arrange travel.
You will prepare spreadsheets and Power Point presentations, do dictation and drafting of letters and document, and send and receive e-mails
Education and Experience:
Minimum of 5 years experience in assisting a senior C-level executive preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, English or related field preferred.
Experience in real estate construction, management, development, acquisitions, finance and multi-family housing a plus.
The ideal Executive Assistant that joins our team should have the following qualifications and experience:
Sending and reviewing/receiving e-mails; dictation; drafting correspondence, preparing memorandums, creating spreadsheets and presentations, maintaining detailed records and organized filing system(s), scheduling and tracking invoices and payments, handling daily schedules, orchestrating travel arrangements, overseeing task management, arranging teleconferences, , scheduling meetings, and handling general day-to-day operations
Proficient typing (minimum 70 wpm) and computer skills – Microsoft Office and Office 365: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe, Outlook, OneNote, OneDrive, SharePoint
Excellent organization skills; attention to detail
Strong written and oral communication skills
Legal research and investigation skills
Ability to prioritize workload and assignments
Is a self-starter, self-directed, with a “can-do attitude” and can work without supervision.
Has excellent time management and organization skills, acute attention to detail, and exhibits a keen understanding of prioritization of tasks.
Possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong interpersonal skills and exhibits professionalism at all times.
Experience in planning, managing and executing large-scale events.
Experience with on-boarding and training new employees.
The position may require minimal Overtime.
