Description

Westaff is currently looking for a Customer Service for a Distribution Center in the Fort Lauderdale, FL area IMMEDIATE HIRE!

  • Pay rate: $12.00 per hour
    Scheduled: Monday to Saturday (Sunday off and 1 additional day during the week- Satrudat is MANDATORY) 7:30AM to 7:00PM flexible shift.

 

Customer Service

  • Take inbound and outbound calls from current clients in order to satisfy customers inquiries and problems
  • follow-up and update order status
  • Handle customer questions and complains
  • Customer Service will commmunicate between department inside of company to fullfill clients orders
  • handle clients repairs and mannufacturing orders to speedy resolutions to issues
  • Data Entry to update customer file into company system

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years with Customer Service
  • Minimum 1 years with Call Center experience
  • Computer Savvy
  • Well spoken in English
  • Biligual (English/Spanish) a plus
  • Flexible Scheduled
