Pay: $16/hour DOE
Schedule: 10-12 hours/week -Flexible!
- Must have QuickBooks and Excel experience
- Some bookkeeping experience
- Managerial experience a plus
Responsibilities of Office Manager:
- Working in bookkeeping and QuickBooks
- Working in Excel spreadsheets, yearly budgeting, accounts management
- Receipt of condo fees and payments to vendors
- Keeping records of maintenance issues
- Hiring and supervising maintenance staff
- Clerical Tasks as assigned
