Do you have experience in customer service or working in a call center? Westaff is currently accepting applications for a Customer Service Representative in Meriden, CT. 

Pay rate: $16/hr 

Shift: Monday- Friday 8:30am- 5:00pm

The ideal candidate will have

  • 2-3 years of previous Customer service experience. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft programs. 
  • Bilingual is a plus but not needed. 
  • Inbound call center experience. 

Job description: Maintain solid customer relationships by handling questions and concerns with speed and professionalism in a fast-paced incoming call center.

  • Troubleshoot problems by understanding, researching, and resolving customer technical issues.
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints by collecting and analyzing documentation and prior history files.
  • Sales, as it relates to offering, quoting and closing.
  • Monitor scheduled shipment dates to ensure timely delivery and expedite as needed.
  • Maintain an accurate history on customer accounts.
