 Client Relations Rep

Westaff is looking for 1st Shift Client Relations Rep for a High End Dry Cleaning Store in the West Palm Beach, FL area for Immediate Hire!

 Pay: $15.00/hr.

Hours: Monday to Friday 10:00am to 4:00pm
During Summer Hours Monday/Wednesday/Friday. Starting October 15th will be M-F 10am-4p

Job Responsibilities:

  • Greet clients with a smile
  • Use their name at least 3 times during the visit
  • Ask for any special request
  • Repeat any request the client may have
  • Offer pick-up & delivery service
  • Promote one other service based on a feature that month
  • Mark-in & accurately describe garments into the system
  • Monitor & track client’s garments through production
  • Keep inventory & move inventory
  • Identify, clarify, determine the cause of the problem & expedite correction & follow up
  • Use C.R.M on spot to keep track of issues
  • Keep client’s information updated based on dialog during client visits & phone calls
  • Including a preferred form of contact: phone, text, or email
  • Acquire all necessary information from clients: name, address, 2 phone numbers, email address


Job Requirements:

  • 2+ years of front desk experience.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Candidates should be results orientated with strong, positive leadership skills.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize workload in a fast-paced team environment with multiple deadlines.
