Customer Service Representative Needed for Electrical Wholesaler in Bristol, CT
Pay Range: $50-60k
Hours: 1st Shift, 7:30am-4:00pm, Monday-Friday
Job Responsibilities Entail:
- Assist customers at the counter, via email, and phone.
- Effectively quote, place, and process orders.
- Proactively track orders in computer system for customer and processing efficiency.
- General warehouse work, putting stock away, pulling will calls, and inventory preparations.
The Ideal Customer Service Representative Will Offer:
- High School diploma or GED required
- Ability to multi-task
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication skills
- 1-3 years customer service experience required
- Working knowledge of ERP/MRP systems
