Advanced Office Administrative Assistant needed for an Alexandria Insurance Agency 

With Advancement Opportunity Must have prior experience working in an Insurance office)

TEMP TO HIRE


Pay: $12-13/hourly DOE


Hours:
Monday through Friday 8 am to 5 pm 

Responsibilities:

Strong office skills

providing excellent customer service

answering multi line phone

directing customers to proper agents

directing messages

some filing and organizing

monthly renewals

handling large quantities of emails
