Seeking Marketing/Sales Assistant that will play a critical factor for the smooth operation of the Marketing department and the attainment of its goals, as well as for the long-term growth of the company. 

Located in Slidell. Full Time/$12-$15HR

  • Researching companies and individuals using Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, company websites, etc.
  • Inputting information into a CRM (new companies, contacts, sales activities, etc.)
  • Answering phones and if necessary, scheduling meetings. 
  • Comfortable using a variety of internal software programs to perform your job.  Training will be provided for any program outside the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Working with the sales team on projects with marketing vendors
  • Building, managing, and posting to company social media pages is a bonus.



Job Requirements


  • Basic knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite of products (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.).
  • Must have good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Have previous experience in researching via the internet.
  • Familiarity with Zoho Suite of products (mostly Zoho CRM) is a bonus.
  • Previous experience in an office environment at least 3 years
