Answer a high volume of phone calls in a customer service/call center environment.
Assist with light Technical support and technical inquiries – HVAC/ mechanical/plumbing knowledge preferred.
Handling Customer inquiries on delivery status, problem with product, etc.
Making balance due collection calls and responding to inquiries regarding same
Data entry of customer information, forwarding info via email to defined departments, depending on type of inquiry
At times, you will diffuse highly escalated situations.
Requirements for this Customer Service job include:
Technical knowledge: Automotive, HVAC or Plumbing
3-5 years experience in a high volume, Call Center/Customer Service position preferred. Experience with diffusing highly escalated situations.
Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to remain calm when speaking with an unhappy customer.
Basic MS office and data entry skills, as well as strong written communication skills for email correspondence.
Professionalism, politeness, patience and a calm demeanor.
High School Diploma required.
