Westaff has a need for Call Center Representatives for a
well established company in Cheshire, CT.

Pay rate is $15/hour
Casual dress environment- jeans/sneakers are acceptable!
Weekends off

The Call Center Rep position is a Full Time, Monday through Friday position.   
This is a Temp to Perm position. Looking to hire reliable, experienced employees with an excellent work ethic. Our Call Center reps call call policyholders to obtain information for insurance premium audits for Worker’s Compensation and General Liability policies. 

Essential Functions and Responsibilities of the Call Center Rep: 

  • Work in the office as part of a team that makes calls and enters data necessary to complete WC and GL audits for various insurance companies.
  • Make several calls to insureds and agents on a daily basis
  • Enter progress notes following each call
  • Correspond with policyholders, CPA’s, bookkeepers, agents to gather additional information as needed
  • Make a minimum of 65 calls a day

The type of candidate we are looking for will meet the following requirements


  • Strong judgement and critical thinking skills
  • Competent use of spreadsheets, word processing and e-mail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong writing skills
  • Team player with the ability to multitask
  • Bilingual is preferred but not a must
