8:00AM-5:00PM   $42,000/annually

In the Sales Administrator role you will be an important member of a fast paced team with the responsibilities to include but not be limited to:

Administrating the OEM, National Account & Distribution programs

  • Negotiating price variances
  • Processing orders
  • Update CRM 

Customer Relations

  • Assisting with sales related calls; quotes, scheduling, contact information
  • Assisting with pricing, part numbers, shipping and tracking ETA

Contract Management

  • Creating individualized contracts, including territory and commission detail
  • Contract changes and improvements
  • Coordination of new representatives, changes and updates

CRM Database Management

  • Point of contact for all reps for sales tracking, shipping issues and follow up as needed
  • Manage all incoming customer calls for set up and training, dispatches and follow up
  • Creating and updating existing accounts with detail information

Trade Shows

  • Booking trade shows and school seminars handling all logistics for space, electricity, outfitting and arranges
  • Handle logistics on all trade show booths, preparing shipping details and whereabouts at all times

Meeting & Events Planner

  • Arranging and coordinating all aspects of annual sales meetings, company outings and excursions
  • Selecting venues, providing lodging, meeting rooms, onsite logistics and expenses
