Shift: Monday-Friday | 9am-5pm
The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for answering and routing telephone calls, greeting visitors, ensuring timely order entry and invoice processing assistance. May assist with projects as assigned by the Sales, HR or the Senior Director of Operations. Will also offer some financial support such as maintaining postage meter/petty cash/assist with company credit card, ECO accounting steps, publish monthly cost center reports, assist with entering of annual budget into accounting software and working with and creating reports from the software system.
