Westaff is seeking to place a skilled Ecommerce/Customer Service Rep for a manufacturer/distributor of high quality aftermarket parts for metric bikes located in Tamarac area for immediate hire!!
Shift: 8am -5pm Mon-Fri
Pay $ 15-17 (DOE)
- Responding to customer support inquiries via phone, chat and or email
- Manage, process, and track customer orders to ensure accuracy, and timely arrival of online orders (customer account management)
- Resolve product or order issues by clarifying the customer’s problem; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to
- Responsible for all customer returns, issuing RA numbers, following up regarding return process
- Proactively manage and maintain high customer satisfaction & logistics metric scores for our online store and Marketplace Channels (Amazon, eBay, Newegg, etc).
- Bilingual (Eng/Span) pref
- Good communicating skills, data entry and inside sales
