Join our Shipping Department as an Office Assistant!

Full time hours, M-F, 40 hours with possible required OT as needed

Pay is $15.00 per hour

Our Office Clerk will assist in Shipping by performing the following tasks: 

  • Perform general office duties including data entry of customer purchase orders
  • Data entry and Customer Service
  • Maintenance of customer purchase order records
  • Prepare all documentation necessary for shipping a customer purchase order; obtain quality assurance documentation, as well as any additional documentation needed for customer shipment
  • Assist customers via phone and email
  • Scanning and filing documents
  • Answer incoming telephone calls and direct to appropriate person

The ideal Shipping Admin candidate will have:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Skilled in Microsoft office, typing, etc.
  • Shipping experience is a plus
  • High School Diploma is required
  • Professional demeanor, excellent grammar and spelling
  • Experience with E2 and DocStar are a plus
  • Other office functions as needed
