Do you have Administrative or Receptionist experience and seeking a new full time office position? 

Our South Windsor warehouse is immediately hiring an Administrative Assistant for our our growing office team!

Pay: $12.00/hr depending on experience

Shift: 2nd shift Monday though Friday 3pm-11:30pm

Administrative Assistant responsibilities will include:

  • Receptionist tasks including billing for outbound shipments and receive inbound inventory data sheets
  • Office organization such as scanning and inputting inventory into the system 
  • Printing, tagging and filing documents of shipments
  • Answer phones and assist customers. Providing excellent customer service is our number one priority!

Are you our next Admin Assistant? Do you have:

  • Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel, filing and computer experience
  • Customer Service or Customer Support experience
  • H.S Diploma or GED
