Westaff is seeking a part-time Office Assistant to grow with a new company in Helena, MT!
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9am-2pm (possibility of more hours)
Responsibilities of Office Assistant:
- Answering phone calls and emails
- Providing great customer service to customers
- Generating weekly reports
- Payroll and QuickBooks processing
- Clerical tasks as assigned
- Previous office experience required
- QuickBooks knowledge not required, but a plus!
- Great customer service
- Ability to grow in a career and growing business!
- Annual PTO offered
