Wholesale Distributor for Tile in the Sunrise area is hiring for Office/ Inventory Clerk for their facility.
Responsible for supporting the inventory management team. Making sure the distributors workflow is adhered to on a daily basis which includes supporting the branches. Some duties include processing the Sawgrass branch orders and vouching of vendor invoices.
Pay: $ 11.00 per hour
Shift: Monday to Saturday 7:30am to 4:00pm (1 hour lunch)
- Answering phones.
- Assisting ecommerce customers.
- Follow the IT and Communications policy and use proper business etiquette when writing emails.
- Attend warehouse meetings.
- Organize, log, and distribute daily incoming transfers according to truck, customer pick up, or outbound specifications continuously throughout the day.
- Confirm the status of printed transfers via email to transfer contacts.
- Scan and email processed transfers to specific contacts be store.
- Transfers receive consolidation and/or return material sent back to distributor’s stock.
- Process mis-shipments and communicate with stores on discrepancies or other issues in a timely manner.
- Send weekly email blast to update receiving.
- Assist stores with inventory and vendor issues, and confirm truck shipments.
- Call out Stock Visuals and ensure timely pick up by warehouse team.
