Schedule: On-call as needed, hours may range with a min. of 8 per week
Rate of Pay: $13+ based on experience
Job Tasks
- Greeting customers
- Answering and transferring phone calls (may include taking messages)
- Clerical Support (Emails, data entry, scheduling meetings etc.)
- Assist with staff meetings
- Processing and sorting mail
- Assisting with updating current job postings
- Provide office support tasks to staff as needed
Qualifications
- HS Diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast paced environment.
- Prior customer service experience
Must be able to complete pre-hiring screenings
