Westaff is looking for a 1st shift Commercial Furniture Assembler in the Lawrence, MA area for IMMEDIATE HIRE!!
Payrate: $30-45K/year - depending on experience
Shift: 1st shift
Work location: Company based in Lawrence, MA - will travel all over New England
Commercial Furniture Assembler Job Duties:
* Travel to commercial buildings to assemble office furniture.
* Review installation job plans/folders to ensure proper paperwork and information is provided and accurate. Looks for potential problems and ensures all necessary tools, parts and equipment are available.
* MUST own hand and power tools and have the experience and mechanical aptitude to build out variety of commercial furniture
* Physical capabilities of lifting up to 50 lbs (lifting, bending, good manual dexterity)
* MUST have a Minimum 1 year contractor or similar work experience - Glass framing experience a big plus
* MUST be able to travel across New England & have valid drivers license
* Good work history with good attendance record
* Enjoys working with a small team
* Capable of working within production schedule and meeting deadlines
