Hours: 3:30pm to 12:00am, Monday thru Friday
Mixer/Blending Operator Responsibilities:
• Handle the collection and preparation of raw material.
• Follows established procedures including standard operating procedures (SOP’s), cGMP, food safety regulations, and safety procedure.
• Continually assess proper equipment set-up and operational issues, communicating same with off shift mixing/blending personnel and supervisor.
• Ensures the quality of the finished blend meets all specifications.
• Basic knowledge of mechanical systems and equipment, basic knowledge of Lockout/Tag out and MSDS, strong aptitude for math (e.g. good understanding of metric weights and measures), and good reading skills.
