Going our busy and growing team in Naugatuck as a
Full Time Administrative Assistant

You will do all hardware quotes, ordering, invoices, reports and miscellaneous projects that the infrastructure team has. This position will also be responsible for preparing any documentation that is needed.

Pay rate: $20/hr
Temp to Possible Perm position

As our Administrative Assistant, you would:
Request quotes from all vendors where necessary based on requirements found in tickets
Use financial system to Create Purchase requests for all tickets
Place orders with the appropriate vendor
Use financial system to run reports that all invoices are paid.
Fix any invoices issues that might happen.
Pay vendors by urgent check if necessary
Review reports and execute based on instruction from requestor.
Submit and route tickets thru the ticketing system to the correct team.
Identify and learn appropriate software and hardware used and supported by the organization
Daily use of Advanced Excel: V-Lookups, Create Spreadsheets and Pivot Tables

Qualifications needed for this Administrative Assistant position:

Strong Excel skills (Advanced), Word and Outlook skills
MS Access skills are a plus
Knowledge of basic computer hardware and software
Knowledge of finance (invoices, purchase orders)
Exceptional interpersonal skills
