Finance Clerk opening, for a busy Manufacturing Company in Meriden, CT

Immediate need for a Temporary , Full time clerk, 40 hours per week

Our Finance Administrator will be responsible for:

AP filing

File Sales & Use Tax returns in state’s binders

Request and put together 1-years’ worth of journal entries in monthly binders

Check to see what W9 forms we have from vendor listing of the newly added Atlanta & Horseheads listing and reach out to vendors to request W9’s needed

Save all W9 forms to the Accounting shared drive

Add tax id numbers and tax code into SAP vendor master

AP invoice archiving

Miscellaneous clerical/accounting duties
