Westaff has immediate openings for 2 full time Maintenance Techs/ Painters in East Baton Rouge! Tools provided by client. Must be available to start with in 2 days of job offer! 

Benefits:

• 1 bedroom apartment (larger unit available with additional cost).  All utilities are included ( electric/water/sewer/trash/cable & internet). 
• Eligible for health & vision insurance after 60 days of employment for employee and is paid by client. Health insurance for additional family members  & additional insurance coverage options are available at employees expense.
• Earn 5 personal days during their 1st year;  2 weeks vacation after 1 year + 5 personal days every year. 
• 401K with 3% employer match after 1 year.

MAINTENANCE TECH/PAINTER DUTIES WILL INCLUDE, BUT WILL NOT BE LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING TASKS:

• Responsible for helping to maintain the entire property in an attractive, comfortable condition.

• Assists in trash pickup on the property.

• Assists in all types of maintenance, when necessary and as requested.

• Assists in completing the turnovers/make-readies of vacant units, as requested.

• On-call in accordance with scheduling to handle maintenance emergencies from residents and property emergencies

• Assists with resident functions, as requested.

Concentration on Painting experience helpful!
