Summary:

A Shipping Coordinator is responsible for creating, organizing, overseeing and keeping records of shipments at Nearly Natural. They monitor and update orders and ensure that orders are picked and shipped on time. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, multitasker, self-motivated, organized, and responsible.

Experience / Skills /Abilities:

• Two years’ or more experience in a warehouse setting
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Experience with Microsoft Office and Netsuite
• Interpersonal skills are essential, as working as a team is vital to maintaining an organized warehouse
• Takes pride in personal accountability and integrity.
• Detail-oriented and consistent
• Ability to problem solve quickly and prioritize daily tasks according to their importance.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Ability to walk and stand for long periods of time in a warehouse environment.
• Must be able to lift up to 30 - 50 pounds at a time.
• Frequently bending, kneeling and reaching.
• Must have excellent hand-eye coordination.
