Large Manufacturer of Bullet Proof Defense products is hiring Sewing Machine Operator in Pompano Beach FL.
Pay: $8.65 Per hour
Shift: Wednesday to Saturday - 6:00AM to 6:30PM
Responsibilities:
• Sewing various materials together to create Bullet Proof defense products.
• Responsible for handling, positioning, and moving fabric through sewing machine.
• Use measuring tools such as measuring tape and rulers to measure garments.
• Complete repairs and reworks on all damaged or incomplete garments during the inspection process.
• Troubleshoot sewing machine to correct any defects in stitching or machine malfunction.
• Maintain an overall safe and clean work area.
Required Qualifications:
• Experience using a sewing machine.
• Production experience, following work orders, and/or written instruction.
• Comfortable working in an environment with strong odors such as glue or cleaners/disinfectants.
• Capable of measuring and using measuring tools such as tape measure and/or ruler
• Attention to detail.
• Must be able to work with little or no supervision.
