Do you have Administrative or Receptionist experience and seeking a new full time office position?
Our South Windsor warehouse is immediately hiring an Administrative Assistant for our our growing office team!
Pay: $13-$16/hr depending on experience
Shift: 2nd shift Monday though Friday 3pm-11:30pm
Administrative Assistant responsibilities will include:
- Receptionist tasks including billing for outbound shipments and receive inbound inventory data sheets
- Office organization such as scanning and inputting inventory into the system
- Printing, tagging and filing documents of shipments
- Answer phones and assist customers. Providing excellent customer service is our number one priority!
Are you our next Admin Assistant? Do you have:
- Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel, filing and computer experience
- Customer Service or Customer Support experience
- H.S Diploma or GED
