This is a contract position for 4 months. 

Overview: Accounts Payable Coordinator must have 3+ years knowledge of Accounts Payable concepts. 

• Invoice processing (PO, NON PO, EDI) – must know and understand a 3 way match and be able to identify/solve matching issues. 
• Statement research/reconciliations
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Excellent (internal/external) customer service skills

   Required and preferred software skills: 

• SAP preferred not mandatory
• Microsoft Excel
• Microsoft Outlook - mandatory 
• Knowledge of a document management system (Concur preferred but not mandatory)

• Detail oriented, ability to multi-task, highly organized
• Strong data entry and computer skills
• Must be flexible to other duties of the CSR based on needs
• Must feel comfortable working with a headset and Chromebook
