Westaff is currently recruiting for an Accounts Payable Coordinator with Advanced payables experience. This is for a fantastic client in South Baton Rouge! Ease of access from Denham Springs, Ascension Parish or Baton Rouge! 

Shift: Monday - Friday, 8-5

Pay: $16+ DOE 

This is a contract position for 4 months. 

Overview: Accounts Payable Coordinator must have 5+ years advanced knowledge of AP concepts and practices. 

• Invoice processing (PO, NON PO, EDI) – must know and understand a 3 way match and be able to identify/solve matching issues. 
• Ability to calculate unit of measure conversions
• Knowledge of sales tax rules
• Statement research/reconciliations
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Excellent (internal/external) customer service skills

   Required and preferred software skills: 

• SAP preferred not mandatory
• Microsoft Excel
• Microsoft Outlook
• Knowledge of a document management system (Concur preferred but not mandatory)
