Job Requirements
SCHEDULE: Monday-Friday 6am-2pm
PAYRATE: $13.50/hour
- Develop competency in pulling, packing, and bundling seed
- Follow specific written instructions and packing protocols to fill seed into packets.
- Compute weight conversions using basic math skills
- Use a variety of tools, such as calculators, scales, stopwatches, etc.
- Communicate issues or concerns with crew leads for efficient resolution
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
