Job title: Payroll/ADP Specialist

Westaff is looking for a 1st shift Payroll/ADP Specialist in the Tewksbury, MA area for IMMEDIATE HIRE!!!

This is DIRECT HIRE position!

Pay: $50-60K Salary plus all company benefits
Hours: Monday-Friday 8-5pm

Payroll/ADP Specialist Job Responsibilities:

• REQUIRED: 2-3 years of ADP Workforce experience
• Processes hourly time sheets bi weekly using electronic time clock data
• Maintains the accuracy of the Payroll and HRIS systems
• Prepares and distributes monthly general ledger reports to Finance Director
• Manages DOT files & tracking (includes, Random drug tests, Physicals, Driver Licenses
• Maintains employee records by updating and recording information
• Processing employment applications, running Criminal Background and MVR inquires
• Administers all company and employee sponsored health and welfare benefits
• Prepares and sends EEO annual report
• Display OSHA form 300A and file annual reports
