Do you have Collections experience, and excellent Customer Service skills?

Westaff is seeking a Collections Rep to handle residential and commercial
activities and transactions

Will train individuals with exemplary Customer service experience.

$16-$18/hour depending on experience

The Collections Representative will:

Reviews Accounts Receivable report for past due amounts

Use their customer service experience to interact in a friendly, but assertive, nature

Contact tenants to collect on past due amounts, while being courteous and respectful.

Maintains all pertinent documentation in regards to Collections activity

Ensures compliance with Lease Agreements

Drafts documentation as needed

Utilize Word, Excel and Outlook on a daily basis

Employs a high level of quality analysis when reviewing tenants’ receivables

Maintain integrity and represent company as a highly professional organization.

Protect the company by adhering to all rules and regulations as mandated.

Communicates with various regions to ascertain events that may or may not have transpired in an attempt to collect, reconcile and/or to ensure that there is no pending legal action in motion against the debtor.

Experience required for the Collection Representative:

Strongly prefer someone with Collections experience (3+) years, but will train someone with strong customer service and negotiation skills

Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills

Must have working knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook

Must have excellent numerical acumen

Must have accurate typing of 50-60wpm

Must be organized, professional, and personable
