Manufacturer of Bullet Proof Products hiring for Facility/Maintenance to perform Janitorial duties for their facility in Pompano Beach FL.
Pay: $9.00 per hour
Shift: 6:00am to 6:00pm - Sunday to Wednesday
Responsibilities:
- Performs janitorial and maintenance of physical building, property, Association as necessary.
- Installs/Replaces signage, light bulbs, batteries (smoke detectors).
- Lubricates machinery.
- Monitors generator, pumps, timers.
- Repairs air conditioning, plumbing, electrical, sprinkler.
- Touches up paint and plaster.
- Pressure cleans.
Required Qualifications:
- Must have Janitorial or cleaning experience.
- Communicate in English.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time, walking, and bending.
- Capable of lifting items weighing up to 35 lbs.
- Capable of working in an area with loud noises, strong smells.
