Job title: Scheduler/Customer Service Rep
Westaff is looking for an 1st shift Scheduler/Customer Service Rep in the Woburn, MA area for Immediate Start!
Hours: 7am - 330pm Monday through Friday
Scheduler/Customer Service Rep Job Responsibilities:
- Scheduler/CSR supporting the Transportation Department - scheduling pickup and drop-off of product from clients
- MUST be computer literate to manage multiple customer portals for data entry
- Knowledge of Excel and word to be able to send storage reports
- MUST have knowledge with email/Excel/Google Maps
- MUST be able to read/write in English(Bi-lingual a PLUS)
- Knowledge of the New England Area and military time a PLUS
- Transportation knowledge, loading & deliveries PREFERRED but can be trained.
