Job title: Scheduler/Customer Service Rep

Westaff is looking for an 1st shift Scheduler/Customer Service Rep in the Woburn, MA area for Immediate Start!

Pay: $19.00/hour
Hours: 7am - 330pm Monday through Friday

Scheduler/Customer Service Rep Job Responsibilities:

• Scheduler/CSR supporting the Transportation Department - scheduling pickup and drop-off of product from clients
• MUST be computer literate to manage multiple customer portals for data entry
• Knowledge of Excel and word to be able to send storage reports
• MUST have knowledge with email/Excel/Google Maps
• MUST be able to read/write in English(Bi-lingual a PLUS)
• Knowledge of the New England Area and military time a PLUS
• Transportation knowledge, loading & deliveries PREFERRED but can be trained.
