Job Title: Set Up Operator
Pay Rate: $22-$26/hr based on experience
Location: Farmington, CT
Set Up Operator Job Duties Include:
- Insure that scheduled deliveries are met and to improve process flow.
- Oversee in process QIP specifications specific to the Auto-Power Press area operation and quality requirements.
- Oversee quality to insure all production is dimensionally correct.
- Troubleshooting all aspects of Auto-Power Press operations.
- Use of “foreman’s dispatch and open order” reports and maintaining production reports.
- Monitor Set Up operations, and recommend corrections/changes as required
- Recommend and oversee all machine maintenance in the Auto-Power Press area.
Set Up Operator Minimum Requirements:
- High School Diploma
- Knowledgeable in set up of progressive dies, presses, and Wintress die controls.
