Westaff is hiring a Production Worker for a Manufacturing plant in Pompano Beach. Company manufacturers Body defense products (shields, bullet proof vests, etc.).
Shift: Wednesday to Saturday 6:00am to 6:00pm
Pay: $8.65 per hour
Responsibilities:
- Counts and combines fabric to form bullet proof vest.
- Uses glue/adhesive to form fabrics together in assembly line.
- Stands for long periods of time assembling vests and jackets on top of a table.
- Works in a fast pace, production environment.
- Uses hands and fingers to perform above described functions.
Requirements:
- Able to understand basic instruction in English.
- Can stand for long periods of time.
- Can bend, stoop, push, pull and lift fabrics weighing up to 25 lbs.
- Can perform repetitive motion of hands and fingers.
- Flexible to work 12 hour shift, and extra days as needed.
