• Help Desk / Field Tech will be ONSITE supporting over 50 users. 
• Must feel comfortable in tight spaces, reaching behind and underneath desks, walking/ sitting and bending for lengths of time. 
• May participate in meetings and assist in maintaining company records and customer network documentation.
• Install and configure computers, laptops, printers. You also may install switches, firewalls, or wireless access points pre-configured by a senior technician.
