Manufacturer of Safety Vests is looking for a production worker to operate machines for their facility in Pompano Beach FL.
Shift: Monday to Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm
Pay:$9.00 per hour
Minimum requirements:
- Responsible for loading the appropriate components and parts into the feeding hopper.
- Maintains machine and ensures the machine is lined up with the pre-punched hole and the laser beam.
- Conducts snap operating machine by pressing the pedal to punch the snap through the material.
- Responsible for working according to company’s safety and quality standards.
- Maintains a safe and clean work area.
- Identify correct materials for cutting.
- Operate machine for cutting.
- Receive and process requests.
- Keep area clean and organized.
- Includes but, not limited to sweeping material shavings.
Requirements:
- Computer skills
- Able to understand basic work and safety instructions in English
- Experience with hand and power tools
- Standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 pounds
